Full House Calm (part of Made by Pokemom, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, UK) keeps this simple: we only collect what we need, and we never sell your details.

The Calm Club list

If you join, we store your email address, the date you joined and the page you signed up on. We use it only to send the Calm Club letter and Full House Calm news. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@fullhousecalm.com, and we'll delete it.

When you buy

Payments are processed by Stripe, which shares your name, email address and billing country with us so we can send your invoice and help with your download. We never see your full card details. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how it handles payments.

This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's IP address when a page loads.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Just email hello@fullhousecalm.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
