Who we are

Full House Calm is a small family business run from Ashbourne, Derbyshire, UK, and is part of Made by Pokemom. That's why "Made by Pokemom" shows on the checkout page and your receipt. You can reach us at hello@fullhousecalm.com.

What you're buying

Our shop sells digital products: PDF printables and workbooks you download and print at home. Nothing is posted to you. Each product page says exactly what's included and which paper sizes come with it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and the price shown is the total you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Getting your files

After paying you go straight to your private download page, and we email you an invoice with a link back to it. Please keep that email.

Cancelling and refunds

Because your download is available straight away, you agree at checkout that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts. This doesn't affect your legal rights: if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Using the files

You're welcome to print the files as many times as you like for your own household. Please don't share, resell or upload them anywhere, in whole or in part.

A friendly note

Our planners and programmes are practical home routines, not medical, psychological or professional advice.
